about

This E.P. is all about empowerment in its many forms.

Respect is empowering because it looks at past pain and sees it as a lesson. Once we learn the lesson, we can feel better in control and more able to deal with things that come our way.

Love's message of empowerment is through feeling the fear and doing it anyway. Love can mean anything to you, anything that makes your heart sing, or that you feel a curiosity towards, that's the key to jump!

Lemons brings a more difficult realisation that we have the choice to be happy or sad. The power is within us to be grateful and see the good happening around us, or to be stuck and only see what we chose to see.

Warriors is about realising that we are the only ones that can fix ourselves. Once we understand and accept that we already have the answers, the healing, the needed knowledge within us to move forward for the better, we can fly.
